The Community Transport Association of Ireland and the Community Transport Association UK have joined together to manage a new cross border advice and information project, based in Stradone, Co. Cavan. The two year project is funded by the European Union INTERREG IIIA Programme Ireland/Northern Ireland through the Irish Central Border Area Interreg IIIA Partnership (ICBAN) and started at the beginning of October 2005. 

The two year project is part-financed with €195,861 by the European Union through the INTERREG IIIA Programme managed for the Special EU Programmes Body by the Irish Central Border Area Interreg IIIA Partnership (ICBAN) and started at the beginning of October 2005.
